I come back with over 12 years of working experience whereas over 8 years fall onto leadership with a range of 150 up to 2200 employees. 

As an Logistics Manager at Amazon Germany and COO of the CarTrim Group I bring an expertise in two of the most fast-paced industries automotive and E-Commerce where it was key to work organised and sharp in order to bring the needed results.

My biggest projects which were implemented independently where a high complexed HACCP-system in the CarTrim Group and an inbound quality system within an Amazon facility. Also as an internal ISO 9001 auditor i was assigned to recheck internal working procedures and develop new approaches with staff management in order to fullfill all needed customer demands.
