After an initial meeting where we discuss the problems, needs, and desires of the company, we typically schedule a three-day on-site session (three hours per day) to present the four core leadership skills through various practical exercises.
On the first day, we focus on People Management. The second day is dedicated to Process Control, Problem Solving, and Project Management. On the final day, we introduce an organizational tool and immediately implement it practically. Throughout this process, we take into account the company's vision, essential prerequisites, and other client-specific priorities.
By the end of this coaching session, every current or future leader should be able to effectively implement the following:
Following the on-site session, I offer a complimentary six-month mentoring program for participants. This program allows them to revisit the discussed content, reinforce their learning, and ask questions about applying these skills in everyday professional situations.
For individual clients, I arrange twelve fixed sessions according to the client's preferences, covering all essential leadership skills. This is also coupled with up to six months of free mentoring, ensuring continued support and guidance.
